Alright this one is long overdue seeing as how the transaction that I am speaking about happened in November of 09. Soya and I had an agreement that I would send $200 and he would ship 2 wheels than I would send the other $200 and he would send me the last remaining wheels. I have mutiple pm's from him about our deal and how he handled it. I sent the $200 and waited over a month never recieved the wheels although he did stay in contact with me through out this time. I gave him more time, the wheels never came. I requested the money back and he kept acting like all along he was going to send the wheels and than he said he would send the money back lying about everything he was doing. In the end I never received my $200 back or the wheels. This seller is very untrustworthy imo and unfortunately it was a very long process before I finally gave up in the fact I knew he wouldn't do anything he said. I would be very cautious in dealing with this member.
