Default BEWARE 1988montecarlos

Sold me a set of regamaster brights. The only discussed defect of the wheels was one minor bend in the lip. Got them in the mail today to find this crack. The crack was NOT from shipping clearly, nor was it from me. He swore the crack was not there when he shipped the wheels out and when he took the tires off there was no crack. However, the two people that removed the tires were his friends, of course they're going to tell me there wasn't a crack. Just want everybody to know watch out. No shipping insurance was provided. The only protection the wheels got inside the box was 1 piece of thin bubble wrap. I contacted him directly and he refuses to give me a portion of my money back

When I got the tires taken off the wheels I brought them in the house and washed the majority of the dirt off in the tub and went over them front and back and there were no cracks. No insurance was discussed about or asked for and I shipped them how I've shipped other sets of wheels before with no issue, and for the mail to crack a forged wheel the box must have fallen out of a moving truck which I'm sure didn't happen so believe who you want this guy fucked one of these wheels up and is trying to get me to pay for it.

Yes I paid with paypal but was paid for as a "gift" instead of goods and services. I spent a good amount of money on these wheels so for me to be careless with them to drop them would make no sense. not to mention even if I throw the rim against the ground, it would not have cracked like that, nor is that a recent crack. turns out its directly on the opposite side of the bend. Coincidence? definitely not. Not to mention that you blocked me on facebook for putting you on blast. If that doesn't seem shady then I don't know what is. You're story is changing every time the topic is brought up. You're a scumbag and that's that

Wow.. Definitely something doesn't add right? Quick question tho, if you knew you were dropping a good amount on these wheels why did you send as a gift? You made a mistake on your end there.

That's a chunk of change to be "gifted". You should feel lucky you received anything at all.

The bend was there when I got them, so the bend and crack are completely unrelated, you can even go ask the guy who owned them before me if you'd like, he goes dy doh! On nwp4life. He's on here to but he goes by something different

Feel free to post what he writes back, and as far as me blocking you on Facebook goes I keep my Facebook 100% drama free and have probably 50+ people blocked for **** as stupid as game requests so don't feel special

And you're a metallurgist for your day job? Im only guessing because you can apparently date cracks? Not to mention that picture looks like it was taken by a potato, got any better pictures you can post so we can date this thing???

Oh, and my story has never changed once, so I'm not sure what kind of **** you're trying to pull there...

I know I screwed up on the paying as a gift. I was trying to save a bit of extra cash from the fees.

Ok regardless if the crack and the bend are irrelevant from each other, that crack was there. Didn't happen through USPS or myself. My day job has no business to you besides the fact that I get paid enough to buy your damaged wheels and put up with your bullshit. Your story has changed and now you're going to look dumb because you told me via text message that you didn't have time to clean the wheels before you sent them out except for a polish job on ONE spoke. But on here, you're saying that you had time to take a bath with the damn things and fully inspect them front and back? These pictures will show everyone how filthy these wheels are:
