Default Baller Bolts - In The Wind!!!

http://www.ballerbolts.com/index.html
This guy is located in Chandler AZ. No one has been able to get a hold of this guy since the start of the year but amazingly he's still taking people's order and money through his online store.

When you realize that you are still waiting on your titanium goodness to get here you'll try to contact this miscreant by phone. Only to then find out his voice mail is full, and has been for QUITE some time. You can email him all day but he won't respond.

Stay away.

I agree. Horrible customer service. i ordered some titanium bolts about a yr ago. I received my bolts 2months after my initial purchase/order. He eventually responded to my e-mails claiming he had moved to a new location, etc., and whatnot. I hope you do receive your goods or an explanation from him for his delay in service.

It's been since February and no dice. He sent one reply to an email claiming his email server was sending all customer correspondence to the SPAM folder and that the bolts were being machined. Now? Nothing.

Your **** attitude and childlike "grumpy" status is now catching up with you.

The way you treat folks on this forum, I can't say I feel sorry for you

WTF does that have to do with spending money and expecting a product in return? Really? THIS is the place you want to take a shot at me?

I'm not ASKING you to feel sorry for me am I? Don't need your sympathy anyway friggin' forum troll.

For anyone ELSE thinking about doing business with these people via their online store, think twice.

I haven't ordered anything from them since early 2010 but at that time, they were very prompt with everything, and I ordered quite a bit of stuff. I received all of my orders within days of ordering, a week at the most.

I have heard that their customer service has dropped off quite a bit since; delayed response and shipping, etc. A few friends ordered stuff from them last year and their orders took about a month or two to arrive but they all did get everything they ordered.

Hopefully, you'll hear from them and/or see your bolts soon.

At this point I've moved on. I don't expect to receive these ever so I've already chalked it up as a loss.

Holee crap! Guess what just showed up?
Without so much as an explanation or an apology for the pathetic service.
