So my car is in paint and whilst its there I ordered a few cosmetic parts including some carbon spoon style mirrors from 9ktuning. Over a month later I hadn't recieved the item and at the time of purchase they didn't give a tracking number. I sent them an email to ask for one and have heard nothing back over the last 2/3 weeks. Has anyone else had an issue with their customer service? Are they real?

 

never heard of them. did you use a debit or credit card?

 

I used paypal so I've made a claim but they won't even respond to that
