if u used a credit card call the company and say u never recieved the product; they will most likely take the charge off. Damn thiefs.

Holy **** man! Thats alot of money. When I got scammed i went to my local police department. They didn't seem to care that much...maybe your department will be different. But i was scammed 200 bucks, not 1200....Your loss is more than "petty" theft and i think you should contact local authorities to see what they can do about it. That sucks man, best of luck to you. Give us his information so we know not to deal with this guy.

I hope you put the guy's name instead of cash on that check. If you put down cash, you are **** out of luck.

He deposited the check and dissappeared a few days later. He also scammed another ebay member of ITR seats.

I guess it's too late to cancel payment? Maybe you can call your bank and see what they can do for you....

The bad thing about COD is that technically youre not allowed to open the box so it could be rocks. I bought some "Skunk2" coilovers COD and the guy let me open them up. He was kind of in a hurry so I just peeked inside and saw the red spring so like a dummy I assumed they were Skunks. They ended up being those crappy Lo Boyz. $200 down the drain. Anyone want to buy some Skunk 2's for a $100?
