I've sold to exquizitjr and had no problems with payment. Have you tried emailing him? Give it some time.
His buy/sell rating over at Team-Integra is perfect.
Probably just has insufficient funding at the moment and is a little ashamed and/or doesn't know how to deal with the situation.
And if you wanna check my credibility my references are here http://www.jwong.net/sale/references.htm

10 steps to prevent fraud by chameleon
1. check their post count, anything over 1000 is good. also the date they joined HT
2. ask for references, usually people have delt with others and that reflects them
3. always make sure you have payment confirmed before sending out stuff.
4. use safe methods of payment, ie. paypal which to me is safest and fastest.
5. if you do accept a check, wait for it to clear before sending payment, just like every business, shop, store anything u name it they always wait to ship until payment clears, there is a reason for this.
6. if its a large transaction, ask for their phone #, speak to them live. call back in a few days and make sure they always pick up and are around.
7. when buying an item, sometimes ask for weird pictures .ie their car keys on top of the object that way you know they have it in their possession.
8. ask if they have an ebay id and check their feedback on that as well.
9. if a buddy is local to a seller, have them stop by and check the goods for you.
10. last but not least, if something sounds to good to be true then it prob is..
remember these and you will have a happy and safe shopping experience

AGREED, I would say you kind of burned yourself by not waiting for his check to clear first. NEVER EVER give something before you got cash in hand. sorry to hear it though.

that really sucks!
First you lose $260 & plus you have to pay for the bounced checks. I would punch that **** in the face for that!
