paid for a FET quick release on March 7th, 2006....opened it and it was broken!

contacted paypal a couple of weeks back, I guess he told them thing were worked out...not on my end!

I think I have heard that name before were he scammed someone else...or at least the scammers last name for Nguyen. Sorry to hear that man.
