So i just got scammed out of 200 bucks....
I paypal'd the guy for some wheels and he never sent anything...its been a while now and he hasnt answered calls replied to PM's or anything....i have his paypal is there anything i can do? is there like legal action i can take cuz this is F*%CKED up! Can i have paypal get my money back or sue him or something?!?

You can file a claim through paypal, or call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
