P28 Neptune Demon RTP / HA Motorsports - $250 shipped
Awesome deal!! You read the title right, and everything is legitimate ... Need to clear space!!
HA Motorsports Neptune Demon RTP v1.2
Custom "Black Edition" in a DA ECU case
- HA Motorsport custom fit P28 board into a DA ECU case
- Case is powercoated black
- Clear ECU cover
Bought the ECU here on HondaTech in Feb 2012. Used it on my '96 Turbo EK F23 Civic ... Ran great. Here is the post where I bought it for $475 from user "LoneAutosport":
https://honda-tech.com/northeast-sal...ryone-3018455/
Still has the factory HA Motorsport warranty seal on the case.
If you don't need a DA ECU ... The board will easily swap into an OBD1 Civic case, etc ... Or, just mount it as is (what I did).
The ECU obviously is the older Demon v1.2 (not v2, released in March 2014). Here's a direct quote from HA Motorsports:
https://honda-tech.com/engine-manage...sion2-3232190/
"As mentioned, that is the original version 1 board. It works excellent, there's no need to upgrade to the Demon 2 board unless for some reason it gets damaged."
Basically, the v2 doesn't have a battery ... But, still uses all the same tuning software as the newer version. I personally thought Neptune was great to tune with. Car fired up, idled, and ran out pretty good on the very first tune (my own).
First come, first serve (won't last long) ... It'll go to the first post or PM I see that says "I'll take it" (I'll check the timestamp). For $250 you won't ever find a better tuning package!!
Thanks, Neal
