The guy is in Greenville, Texas. Has a small shop out of town. Does "mods" and alarm systems and stereos. Told my Bro he could swap on a vtec head for a SOHC 1.6 that was origianally non-vtec. Cost was about $500.00. Had the car for a week, drug around, always had some reason why he couldn't get done. My Bro finally got his car and someone else looked at the motor and told him the head he NOW had was also non-vtec. My Bro didn't really know what to look for. After more checking, found out the original head never came off! Next Level just kinda cleaned it up a little and took his money. Bro then went to see the guy and took along his big friend. He tried to make some excuse and acted like he was calling "the guy who was supposed to do the work" on the phone. While he was talking on the phone...IT RANG! Busted! Of course he didn't have the money anymore so my bro ended up with a set of wheels and tires off his car and a strut tower bar.

 

i bet you his face looked PRICELESS when that phone rang on his ear while acting like he's talking.....
