I need a header and high flow cat!!!

I need a high flow cat and the header to fit my Jap spec B16 gen 2. i got pulled over last night and talked my way out of a very large ticket but i dont wanna risk it anymore. so i am in search of parts to make my car a lil less illegal. My car is a 1993 civic hatch with thermal cat back exhaust. that might help a lil
