I've been doing my research since the state department has been no help at all. Western union is no help. This guy burned me over $1,350 on a B16A2 complete swap and it's been really frusterating since I worked really hard for that money and I never thought this could happen to me. All I know is his name is Eric Climo and his e-mail addy is crazx2lvr@yahoo.com . The name on the check was "Eric Brady" but his real name is Eric Climo. Ahh... This is a post of desperation... I will not stoop down to his level and all I can do is continue to rely on healing of my own prayers for myself and my string of hope of getting my money back.

sucks to hear that. When I spend that much money I def have all of my bases covered. Make sure you get all info from seller, its the only way to go

A week after he stopped answering my calls, I typed in his name on google and foundout he is one of the top online scammers. He used to bug the Dodge forums but now he's messing with Honda owners. I've talked to a couple of people who got scammed and everyone wants to beat his ***. However, he lives in Pittsburgh / Valencia , Pennsylvania . His # is 412-758-0580 and you all should harrass him. I've talked to the police, Attorney Generals in Oregon and Pennsylvania, Western Union, and the FBI about him. Hopefully something gets done and this guy needs to get shot or die a horrible death. His e-mail address is crazx2lvr@yahoo.com . Beware of him on craigslist, I beleive his ad for his B16 out of an EG hatch is still available. He hounds you until you send the money. He acts like your friend. He's such an ***. He has a myspace too. To find more info about him type in "Eric Climo" in quotes on google and you'll see some info about him. I thought i'd let you all know. I can't beleive I dug into my life savings and wasted it for the benefit of a bum. "

I wanna bump this again! I woke up and I do not wanna let this rest. Some lady on JDMUniverse was kind enough to pay $15 to get Eric Climo's address from his cell phone #. Here is what I got on him:

I already posted my side of the story on my own thread. This guy called me an hour and a half later after I sold it to him. The radar itself wasn't broken. It worked perfectly for me and I was even using it when we met up. I then boxed it in its leather box and gave it to him. I showed him that it works perfectly fine. I have never in my life "SCAMMED" or "stole" from anyone. ANd don't tell me not to call people out and implying that I "Scammed" someone else. I didn't scam him. He got the product, it works, I know the mounting bracket was working fine when I sold it to him. It was a 2 month old passport Escort X50 radar detector that I bought for $330 or $320 at BestBuy. I sold it to him for $190. He saved over $100. Honestly, I don't think I should be held responsible for it. For my own "sellers safety" I put "sold as is" as well even though there was nothing wrong with it and because I don't want to be hold accountable for situations like this. That can guy talk, he IS a lawyer and this wasn't a Honda-Tech transaction, this was a LOCAL craigslist transaction. I know i'm pretty new on here but I have a solid track record on ebay and on craigslist. NOONE has ever complained about my services or goods until this guy.
