Hate I'm even resulting to this but im not sure if your not getting my emails or your just ignoring them... either way that package you said that would be here Saturday has yet to arrive so either they didnt get shipped last tuesday like you said or something else happened... let me know

Extremely annoying if you have an explicit time schedule to be met. Still good work, though.

Well the saga continues, supposedly it was mailed out friday or Saturday but the tracking number doesn't work nor did it show up today, emailing gets no response. Even if they were built to order a month is a bit excessive, that and the fact emails before the purchase were quickly responded to with in a couple hrs, now they are ignored or responded to with excuses or lies

How much to ship a pair to Queens NY. I must say though I am a little apprehensive given the dissatisfaction of a few of your customers.
