So is it socketed but not chipped? I'm looking for a stock 1 preferably.

 

It is not chipped. There is a socket in it that accepts the eprom chips. I dont see why a stock chip wouldn't plug into the socket though?

 

So it's not able to just hook up & go? It's technically just an ecu waiting for a chip & then it's good to go?

That is correct. It has all the Hondata hardware in it.

location? what stage is the PR3 compatible/chipped with?

 

I am in WA. It is socketed for whatever Hondata you would like to use. 1,2 3 or 4B.
