My 1992 civic has no passenger air bag and I want to do an aftermarket wheel. I have removed all of the wiring from the car that is related to the SRS system including the impact sensors by the firewall and all wires going to the fuse box.
Must this resistor still be wired in to turn off the SRS light?

BUMP!
This resistor is EXACTLY what you need to get rid of that SRS light and make all the other airbags in your car work again if you've done a steering wheel swap (on your track car of course )
