FS: Kamikaze header w/2.5" collector, flange and donut

My car got rear ended and written off.
The header was just purchased in January directly from http://www.theoldone.com (Endyn) and is in 100% mint condition. Comes with receipt aswell as a JDM 2.5" flange and donut purchased from http://www.aj-racing.com

I'm getting enough from the insurance company to let this go for cheap...
Fits all D Series
First offer of 200 US$ takes it. I will not pay for shipping which should be around 30 US$ as that is how much Endyn charged to send it to me.
