If you have any doubts, contact Paypal and cancel before it's too late.

 

Sounds a little on the shady side. I would give it a couple more days. After 14 days, retract the payment.

 

i didn't know you can call paypal. what's their number?

it takes 3-5 business days, not weekends.

If the guy seems legit than stick with it, but they only take money out of his Paypal account, if it makes it to his bank, it's gone. Maybe they will put his account in the negative though.

 

call paypal and ask them if the payment has cleared and is in his bank account.
