Don't Buy From This Guy
Just wanted to let all of my fellow Import Enthusiasts know, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from CAREY HOWARD. I don't know what his alias is, but his email is aemcivic102299@aol.com
I sent him $40 for a hatch cover and he said he never received the check, but it got cashed 4 days after it was sent. It was my fault for trusting him, but hey, it's human nature. Anyway, word of warning. CAREY HOWARD, Don't buy from him. Ggggrrrrr...........

i'm sorry u got rip off too. i lost $50 to a dude in aurora,CO. i guess it's pretty close to where you're at. if u know craig brochard or know people that know him. tell him brian said hello! it sucks to be rip off i know that feel all too well.

It totally sux. I don't know him sorry. But if I did, I'd have to beat him to a bloody pulp for ya. I was really pissed off a while ago, but I blew off most of my steam. Man, $50....that sux. Sorry man.

I wish these people would just stop and think how they would feel if someone ripped them off. That **** sucks and makes it hard to sell **** over the net. You never know who you are dealing with. That's a shame.

Since people have posted untrusty individuals, I hope it will not ruin things for those who are honest.
How about we compile a list of people we have dealt with on HT and provide a feedback. Similar to ebay. Otherwise, the classifieds section will become useless.

Dude, if you still have his address and details of the transaction like old emails just go to http://www.thepartstrader.com and go to report fraud. They'll contact natural's local PD and get an investigation going.

Hey man, sorry about the loss. I almost bought a ECU off this guy and he was giving me a sweet deal, that was what tipped me off. Kept asking him questions and after a while he stop responding to my emails so I never shipped him the money. Thank God i didn't.

i agree. a "scammers" section would be welcome. i know firsthand how hard it is to sell something without having the buyer all freaked out about me ripping him off. i just keep email addys of the people i have dealt with in the past and use them as references.
