Default Another angle at PayPal (dot) COM

http://www.paypalwarning.com/

I don't work for Paypal, not their competitor, do not hold a grudge against them nor anything....I have used paypal and have great success in the past...but after I read the above link, I closed my account just to be on the safe side. I'm just trying to pass on what I've found here. Read it, you might have second thoughts...Besure to click on the feedback and Hall of Shame links more some horror stories...

I'm not sure if someone have posted this before..If he/she did, i apologize for the repeativeness.

as soon as my $309 accumlation from eBay auctions last week comes in, i'm closing my account and telling the bank to block them. I never realized they weren't FDIC insured, and they have access to my bank account which frightens me.

Man I'm closing my account as soon as I get everything cleared. Thanks for posting this site. I'll past the word too. This is very informative information.

Trust me...DON'T deal with Payal.

Without going in to any details..

They froze my account, which was holding $10,700
Closed my account on me with no warning
Is currently holding this money for 6 months, and there is nothing I can do about it
My company was closed because of this..

All because their higher level execs. neglect to read tracking #'s when presented to them, and therefore blamed me saying I was a fraud.

I am getting ready to join the numerous class action lawsuits against them, and am hopefully going to get triple damages...

I thought they were cool and all...BUT READ THE USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. In short, it says:

Our users cannot sue us for anything. If you try to sue us, you have to come to CA and do so in our jurisdiction. If you try to sue us in our jurisdiction, we have the right to dismiss the case and close your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time and hold the funds in the account for 6 months. We do not have to provide a warning to your account being closed, and we can do it for any reason whatsoever.

Take what I am saying for what it's worth, but I have learned my lesson with Paypal and will never use them again. I might be faceing jail time because the $10,700 they are holding actually belongs to my supplier now..and I cannot pay him for the supplies.
