13" steelies with tires $50 pick up in PA -obo
I have some 13" steel wheels I need to get rid of now. There 4x100 and come with some no name tires that will need replaced in a few thousand miles.

They are from a stock 91 civic dx so I think they are 13X5. But I'm not 100%. I'll double check when I get home.
