yes, there are. lol. it's always nice to know if there is a good fishing spot near an event. i fish when i can't afford to race, or when there is down time.


*think there's like 6 lakes just east of gingerman.

we went to downtown south haven two years ago. there were people fishing off of the pier by the lighthouse and off of various other piers. i didnt see anything being caught but there was fishing going on. i dont know about other lakes besides michigan and the one at the track. also there is so much going on at the track i doubt you venture out.

gman popped mine also. good track. id say better for beginners with the old configuration but still good. t10 has tons of track out now.

there is what seems like alot of "down time" but trust me sunday night on your drive home you will be spent. i think that was the one thing that really surprised me after my first event was how much of a toll it took on my body. me and my friends had planned on going to the beach before we went home but we said screw it lets get home.
