Let's assume you're talking about '99-'00 Civic Si wheels on a Del Sol.
Stock Class - Can't use them. Must use stock wheels or replacements with the same size and offset.
Street Touring - Folks do use them. I've run them with Azenis on my Si. Of course, wider is better, and 15x7 is preferable if they fit your car and you can afford them.
Street Prepared - If you want to be competative, go for shorter, wider wheels.
BTW, It's easier for folks to give you good answers if you provide more detail in your questions.
