What offsets are ideal for a very small Scrub Radius.

Depends on the car's stock offset. Most FWD cars have a neutral or negative scrub radius. On an ITR for example the stock offset is +50, running a wheel thats say +38 like I do gives it a positive scrub radius, theres more feedback and the car tends to follow grooves in the road more. If you want to change the scrub radius as little as possible stick as close to the stock OE offset as possible. This is not always easy for some cars though.
Positive scrub radius is when the tire contact patch is outside of the SAI pivot, while negative scrub radius is when the contact patch is inboard of the SAI pivot (front wheel drive vehicles usually have negative scrub radius). If the brake on one front wheel is not working, with positive scrub radius, stepping on the brake will cause the steering wheel to try to rip out of your hand. Negative scrub radius will minimize that effect.

This is also an interesting tool, but it also depends on the wheel.

For my application is not for a FWD car.
I should have a little scrub radius for some steering feeback?

It's obviously not a set number, there are some variables that are dependant on the car. How can we answer your question given no data????

I have a book called chassis engineering its not exactly a new book but it say that I should use zero or negative offsets for the scrub radius sake, I dont know if I can belive that cause of the books age.
