Rules Yet Again...
Sorry fellas i searched liek crazy but found few rules i was looking for.
I need the strickest rules possible. I will take ECHC, SCCA ro any others you think will be useful. Links would be great.
I downloaded the ECHC rules but i cant read them. The background is all checkered and its a bitch to see.
SCCA & ECHC are the same are they not?
I need cage info, engine info, and hybrid info. Also saftey requirements and shell physical aspects (i.e sunroof bolted down etc...)
Thanks again your all great.

Join SCCA and buy the GCR (general competition rules). Everything you need to know about what's legal, what class your car will race, build guidelines and cage requirements...
90% of all the club racing rules are based in some part on the SCCA rules.

ECHC, and NASA, use PDF documents. Set your computer up correctly and you will be fine.
To be 100% ECHC and SCCA legal, you will need the ECHC rulebook, the NASA CCR, and SCCA Club Racing GCR. The ECHC rulebook and the NASA CCR are available in PDF format online. You can get both from the forms section on honda-challenge.com. The SCCA stuff you will have to pay for.

Thanks for all who replied.

I think you can order the SCCA GCR (Gen. Comp. Rules) via their web site, at http://www.scca.org - it is more than $10. However, you are going to be at the mercy of your local SCCA region if you want to run a hybrid. None of the nationally-recognized classes will let that happen. Use the region locator on the site to find your local SCCA organization and contact them about their "ITE" (improved touring 'everything') and "SP" (super production) rules. Good luck!
