Yes, I do. I try to give it a chance to breathe when I can, by taking it on some longer trips. Overall, it's abused in that sense though.

so your prelude is out of action......

your corvette is out of action.....

about this time last year your jeep was out of action on the way to mid ohio.......

you may want to sell some of those and invest in 1 new car.

So it turns out it was only spark plug wires, but here is the kicker.... the dealership charged me $300!!! $120 for parts, $180 for labor! Yes, 2 hours for labor to change the wires. Now admittedly, they did some diagnostic time, but I told the guy to start with the wires, and if that fixed it that we were done...

The service writer I spoke to on the phone wasn't there when I picked up the car, but I'm calling tomorrow!

It was a timing issue, I needed it back the next day and didn't have any spare parts to swap stuff out.

They have already offered me back $45 to cover 30
minutes of labor, since they *accidentally* charged me
for a full hour on the wire swap. I thanked them for
the offer, but also told that I would not be fully
satisfied unless they removed an entire hour from the
bill. He is going back to talk to his service manager
again to see if they are willing to appease me.

Which Honda dealer did you take it to? Conicelli?

Good to hear that that it was only the plug wires.

Not to be rude, but if you had an idea that it was the wires, why didn't you change them yourself first?

Not rude, it's a legit question. I didn't have other wires to swap on as a test, and I didn't have time to order them, possibly find out that wasn't the problem, test other parts, etc.
