Re: P1 Spec Splitter Kit (mlrmotorsports)
Sorry Matt,
I hope your race weekend went well?
I've been so busy trying to get on top of the demand for these things I've hardly had time to talk to anyone. As well as try to get our Integra's ready for California Speedway and prepare NASA's Media Car.
Your Stock order is almost ready. I'll call you tomorrow.
CRX is the next on the development list for a Kit.

I'm curious how you are going to make the CRX kit...
I thought I'd raise the issue of us EF/ED guys often using aftermarket crossmembers for header clearance. These aftermarket crossmembers typically use the stock tow hook mounting points or get in the way of them.
Feel free to check out my CRX when I'm down in LA in the next week or two getting my wing installed

These are designed for Racing only and are Not recommended for street use.
The DC2 JDM Front Air-dam is about 1.75" to 2" lower than the stock lip.
On my JDM DC2 ITR Racecar on 17" wheels I have about 2.75" -3.00" from the under side of the splitter to the track.

Not really an issue for the road race crowed. As ITA/B/C and and H4/2/1 don't allow for aftermarket crossmembers, i think...

I don't forsee any problems with making a P1 Spec Splitter Kit for the CRX...
We are building our own H4? Car right now, and I don't see any issues.
As for cars with replacement crossmembers... Not really an issue, for Road Racing, as they are probably not allowed anyway?
I'll check that out with Tim at Innovative. I think he has a CRX Crossmember for me anyway. We'll make it work!
I will also be building another CRX soon- Something a little wilder, Possibly with Turbo K-20 power for Time Attack. That will be getting the "Full Monty" as far as Aerodynamics is concerned!

Right on. I run an innovative I'm looking for something to replace my beat up RoadRaceGear.com splitter.
My car has been strictly HPDE the last few years, but this is my first year with NASA TT...so I guess there's a small market for you there and I don't have to worry about my front cross member since the rules aren't so strict (just point based).

Re: P1 Spec Splitter Kit (TPB)
Yes, thats the P1 Spec AiR-dam...
It will work perfectly with your splitter. If you use our Air-dam and locating tabs you will have a very effective unit.
You may have to drop your Splitter blade about 0.5" more.
How is your splitter located? Did you use our splitter brackets? If so you will have no problem adjusting the blade up or down to mate with the P1 Spec Air-dam.
Give me a call: 714 998 1258

Sure you can...
Brackets & blades are all set. '96 -'98 Airdams should be available in about 10 days. I'm working on the original plug for the Air-dams right now.
Then... '88-'91 CRX Then... DC5
The EG '92-'95 Airdams will be available next week.

We custom made mounts that are attached to the subframe and similar to yours, running off of the tow hook plates. Adjusting up/down is no problem for me. I'm located in Ontario Canada so should I order through mlrmotorsports?
