OTS Koni's vs Neuspeed SP3 Series Koni's
Ok. SOOOOO Confused and yes i used the search feature.
1) The Neuspeed sp3 series konis we will call them Neu Konis have a shorter 20 mm piston rod. Correct. They have the 5 grooves for height adjustment about 10 mm apart.
They can be had from tornactive .com for 535.00 plus 25.00 for my 95 integra GS
Can they be Revalved??
2) The OTS Koni's are nice. dont know how long the piston is. but the NEU Koni's sound better because people complain of bottoming out on bumps.
3) Im going with CG's in 400f and 450 rear. so what koni is better for that rate??
Do the NEU Koni's hold up to a 500 lb rate like the OTS koni's??
4)More of less, whats the benefit of OTS Vs NEU koni's???
5) 400f450r versus 375f and 425r
Lots of info on this, just want a better more precise answer. thanks alot everyone
Its for a 95 integra GS running STS in the DC area

Re: OTS Koni's vs Neuspeed SP3 Series Koni's (JSR3STS)
The valving is the same either way.
Honestly, for GC sleeves, i dont think its going to matter which shock you choose.

The 20mm shorter shaft won't stop you from bottoming out...if it was a 20mm shorter body then that would be useful.

1) Yes thay can be revalved.
2) OTS KONI sport has 20 mm more extended length but same comopressed length so there is no difference on bumps.
3) No diff in the valving.
4) Neu- KONI has more adjustment for spring perch position and less droop length when jacked up it you have a very short free length lowering spring.
5) Your choice.
