I don't think she is. They list other drivers that died in tests, but not her. I wonder if it was the fact that the crash wasn't the sole cause.

i don't think she's included because she didn't die during a race or in a race car, but from complications after the fact

Yeah, you gotta figure that track has been in almost continuous use for over 100 years - and its an oval to boot so odds are stacked in its favor. The ring I would assume is more dangerous just by nature of it's size making it tough to provide ample safety for it's entire length
