Famous for being the most-produced supersonic jet aircraft in the history of aviation, the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 first flew in 1956 and entered service in 1959. When manufacturing ended in 1985, 11,496 Fishbeds had rolled off military production lines across the former USSR, India and Czechoslovakia.

This many til the eclipse.
If I do nothing but go outside I'm in 97% totality. If I drive south a bit I can get to totality.
With my luck I'll be at a fire.

my favorite way to view an eclipse is to stand under a tree and look down and see how all the sunbeams are crescents instead of circles. i saw this in high school and pointed it out and literally nobody believed me and argued with me that it was the shape of the leaves causing the crescent shape. foooking idiots why were all the spots of light circles the next day?

Honda thinks it can overtake Renault during 2017 Formula 1 season - F1 - Autosport
Would lol if this were to happen just as McLaren bail on Honda for Renault.
"I really want to move ahead of Renault in terms of performance before the end of the season."
When asked if he believed that would be a genuine possibility, given Honda's current horsepower deficit to its rivals, Hasegawa replied: "Yes, I can see that on the data.
"I will not tell you the number, but we are closing the gap."
Hasegawa added he felt this was the closest Honda has been to its rivals since returning to F1.

my thoughts exactly after reading that this morning.
you know the largest free swinging bell in the world is in the Köln cathedral - or so I was told on my last visit there. If you're into swinging bells that is.
