the gay jokes are really just their way of coping with repressed homoerotic urges.

Maybe we should've said 'ghey'? No one can/should expect PC posts on honda-tech, and really that's one of this board's appeals. March yourself over to GDD to begin the desensitization.

Monaco, two crashes

Great Britain, slow in the rain (bad strategy too)
France, light in qualifying and faded fast being passed by Piquet in the closing laps
Germany, held up Raikonnen for 2/3rd of the race finishing behind Piquet
overall i'd say he did quite a lot with an underdeveloped car, and maximized it when they caught up in power at the end of the season. i guess comparing him to his teammate doesn't prove much as nelson is disappointing even as a rookie.

i guess what massa did with the same equipment as kimi is just as impressive.

see, i can be a not-***** too.

Did it ever occur to you that the linked URL is full of semi-naked oiled men and is thereby actually "gay?"

I don't think any hetrosexual person in this thread will see a partially clothed woman and be offended when another says "that's the straightest photo-op ever."\

No one is trying to single you out.

As much as I, and every driver outside of Mark Webber, would like that, I have to agree with Targo250R. That being said, the Japanese certainly deserve two GP's given their fanbase, which is rivaled only by GB and Brazil it seems. Everywhere I went in Japan there were F1 shops and Ferrari gear. That's one topic I could always count on in conversation: Schumacher and the Prancing Horse.

I know what Targo means and it makes sense, maybe if they did one event in the beginning and another one toward the end. I don't know. I know I've always enjoyed watching the Japanese Gp regardless of the venue. The fan support is also much greater than its non existent partner in China. It just really sucks that F1 is moving away from fantastic tracks (wtf happened to the Nurburgring F1 track in Germany?) and moving to extravagant venues with little to know fan support.

Absolutely, and he probably was the best driver of the season. (I think Vettel would get a nod from me, too) All I was commenting on was a few races where he did not seem like the classic Alonso. He certainly made up for it, though, with the development of the car and the last 4-5 races.

I wasn't saying that anyone else was flawless, either. Everyone this season made mistakes.

You know... watching these factory videos really makes the manufacturers title seem so much more important than any drivers title ever could be... Props to all team members and the ingenuity, dedication and passion they bring to the sport

Thanks Bauley Pat Pat and Adam for the fun time. My best time with an open track doesn't reflect the consistency with which Dustin and McLane were able to get/stay in front of me. I don't think Adam and I ever saw each other on the track, he was always out front in the pack

Anyhow, I'll keep the timesheet even though I'm not exactly happy with my consistency....

Oh, hey, am I blogging? Go Massa! I drive like him

Newspapers in Britain are claiming that Bernie Ecclestone and his wife Slavica (28 years his junior) are to divorce now that their children have left home. Mrs Ecclestone has reportedly moved out of the Ecclestone residence and is living in another apartment. Ecclestone says that she has moved out because of the noise created by construction work going on next door, but also told newspapers that he did not know whether she wanted to divorce him or not. The 78-year-old has been married to the Croatian former Armani model for 24 years. They have two daughters.
