Umm...kinda snowy here in Wisconsin, don't ya think? It's almost ice racing season, though!
Any of the following clubs would be happy to have you join now, but schedules generally aren't developed until January/February with events starting in April. Each one holds events in the Milwaukee area. Madison may also have a 3-event ice racing series this year.
Milwaukee Region SCCA

Wisconsin Autocrossers, Inc (WAI)

The season is more or less over for most regions. Unless the regions Shmeek mentioned have snow crosses you'll have to wait till next year.
I found myautoevents to be a good resource. It allows you to search for events by location and you can usually preregister online for them.

Come over to Minnesota. We got some great courses and venues.
My favorite would be central parking in downtown St. Paul. Nothing like autocrossing in a downtown area. Alot of spectators and a cool backdrop for awesome photo ops.
Or, I may just have to come over to wisconsin. I am in need of more autocrossing for next year. And I will try to schedule something every weekend next summer.
