Default LCA ???

I'm doing auto-x and was wondering how different blox, skunk2, form & function, omni, and funtion7 lca are from each other. I was looking at skunk 2 lca but saw that the blox lca's are about $90 cheaper. Is there that much of a difference between the 2, has any1 tried either one??? Thanks for any input.

Other than minute weight savings, you gain nothing from using an aftermarket LCA (unless your stock LCA doesn't have a provision for swaybar endlinks). Keep things simple and spend the money on something else more important.

Edit: Also, there might be classing issues for autoxing. Another thing to keep in mind.

Oh ok, i have a 96 ek civic so i'm not sure if they do. Well anyway thanks for the help, do you happen to know if the asr subframe brace would help with the stiffness of the car?

Do you have the stock engine in the car? Do you want to be competitive within your class? The ASR subframe brace alone probably won't do a lot for you.

No, it has a ls swap. It's not a class type auto x event, it's just a timed event. I just would'nt mind being a bit better around the corners.

Stay away from LCA's with generic black rubber bushings (blox, omni, generics), they are junk and will deform and break away from the sleeve, within 6 months. Some OK LCA's ive seen thus far that haven't used crap generic bushings are PIC,F7 and the skunk2. However you dont need LCA's, they won't better you in the corners. your stock arms, given the bushings are in well kept condition will be just as good with the same placebo results. save that money and put it into time spent driving.
