Default Damn Engine Mount Problems!

So While I was inspecting the race car for the annual check up I noticed that the drivers side lower mount is no good on my GSR. Has anyone changed one out before? I got the bolts all out but the darn thing is rusted on the stud. Any suggestions?

Neither of those solutions are possible in SCCA IT. It must use a stock motor mount.

if the inner sleve of the mount is stuck on the stud, just use an air hammer with chisel bit and "walk" it off.

stuff a whole bunch of heater hose in the gaps, it will stiffen up the mount and is not really an insert like poly are.
