I would be a bit wary on recommending this for road racing. we need to know what kind of power you are going to give it. and what kind of experience you have. I for one have road raced a crx in HC group 4 for two years. many people say its the car to have. I had no karting experience and i still suck at driving a kart...i think those drivers with karting under their belt will love this car...i went to a longer wheelbase car (integra) cause i found it easier to control.

i switched to H1 class and gave the car only about 17 more HP and it was just a handful for me...of course YMMV. this is just my experience so far...

CRX's have dominated Honda Challenge H4, and always do well (and often win) SCCA ITA classes regionally as well as at "national-level" events such as the IT Festival or ARRC.

Here's 4-5 CRX's battling for first place in the 2007 championship.

The CRX is a dominating chassis for Honda challenge. You will not be dissapointed in this decision. I have many wins in H4 and it was my first car in Honda challenge.

I do have lots of Karting experience also!!!
