coilover question
hey guys,
im trying out different springs first prokits and now skunk2.
prokits are ok because the springs are preloaded on the shock so when the wheel
lifts off the ground there is no chance of the spring popping out or seating improperly.
now with the skunk2's the springs are much shorter and now im having that
problem of it not seating properly after i go up a curb or a steep driveway.
im considering ground control next, will i get the same problem with the GC?
i will be dropping the car about 1.8 inches and would like to know if it'll have some
amount of preload or some helper spring to keep some preload so there will be
no chance of it popping out after the spring has been unloaded completly.
any ideas on the GC?

have shocks on order.
2000 civic
prokits are preloaded on stock shocks and anyother shocks because of their
length. if you've tried to install them you have to compress them to get the
top cap on and then when you release the compressor the spring is preloaded.
1.8 because tokico wears down quick after 2.2 inches, i want it to have some
working space before it'll start to wear itself down. plus im not rich.
