Almost done...ok, not really...not even close...
I haven't gotten much done over the last few months, but over the last couple of weeks I got a little further along.
The UCA mount is flippable. The UCA is shorter, and the two offsets are .5 and .75 inches. One incidental effect of that is to change the toe curve, making zero-ness unattainable. So it toes out in bump and toes in in droop. Less than .030 at either extreme. Pretty sure that's not only not a problem, but might actually be helpful. There also ended up being little difference between the long and short toe links.
You can't tell just by looking, but the packaging on the sway bar link is tough. It took alot of tricks to get clearance throughout the range.
Scott, who has to get to work on the front now...

Brian at PCI said that depending on how I mounted the spherical, it would impact the bump steer. Have you thought about that at all? Have you considered eliminating the toe control link and going with the captured pivot pin in the spherical?

Scott, some very nice looking work.
But how do you adjust the roll rate? To tune the balance, you have to swap out the spings? And what brakes are you mounting on those beefy alu brackets?

Nice job Scott. I like the inner UCA mounting brackets they should give some interesting results.

Scott, if you raise the lca attachment point on the knuckle to be in plane with the toe link and main chassis attachment the toe change issue should go away. Looks like you may have installed the main chassis/trailing arm bushing offset though, which is likely impacting your toe curve as well. What sort of changes to the camber curve is the shorter UCA and lower inboard chassis mount causing?

Yes...offset TA bushing...that's the whole point of it...and it works as sold, unless you do something else funny like I did. I tried every combination and didn't get any useful improvement. Like I said - It'll be ok.
Camber curve effects - Yah...but I made the inboard UCA mount so I could play with the KRC in the simplest most bolt on way.
Scott, who expects these modifications to be worth approximately 1-2 tenths MINIMUM...but then what isn't?

For such a small total toe change, yeah, I wouldn't bother either. Doesn't hurt that it's in the theoretically correct direction either.
BTW, I've put together a new rear bar for my car as well. Should have a similar wheel rate, ignoring bushing deflection, as the front bar. The theory is that the undamped sway bar becomes an issue when you're trying to do a 75' slalom at 60mph. Not nearly as pimpy of an installation as yours though.

What if I told you I could feel the difference even on jackstands...which the car has lived on since 2008 because of temporal and economic challenges.
Sorry no videos...just this pic of a fondly remembered weekend...

Scott. Have you addressed the issue of the rear lca rotating when the sway is mounted to it with bearings in the lcas?

I'm a Very Serious Person! And I have to make stuff for myself because I could never find anybody else who could take as long to think as hard and do it the hard way. Everybody seems to be in such a hurry to get a car off the jackstands.
I have addressed some issues and created others. You can see more in this thread:

Scott, who is thinking so hard about the front end that it hurts...also makes me laugh... how close the UCA's get to vertical at full bump...and the tie rod into the frame...and the wheel will barely turn anyway...and the dents in the tower from the UCA...hurts...laughing...Doooooooh!
