And as a BTW, it is on OLN not Speed or some other channel you might associate with cars.

Same as last year ... 30 min per day. Hmm .. so that is 12min of CM, 10min of Robbie Gordon, and 8 min of everything else probably. The Euro progrmas last year were 30min no CMs and they still barely had time to fit in the trucks.

I wonder what the diff is between the highlights and thge hour long show?

News from the first stage is that Robby Gordon pulled onto the start ramp for the starting introduction, then rolled backward down the ramp and started the stage by jumping over it, with all four wheels of the Hummer in the air.

Sure, you don't want him dating your sister but you've got to admit that's the business.

Not same as last year... There was no same day coverage, and it wasn't every day. I recall something like 4 1 hour episodes about a month after the event. Sucked.

I'm looking forward to full coverage again this year...

And there will be 0 minutes of Colin MCrae he is not competing this year. Carlos Sainz is though, and he is currently leading.

Kinda sucks because the Dakar folks had posted a press release at some point that people would be able to watch the world feed online. Can't find it anywhere.
