can you do custom radiators, cause i need like a smaller radiator for my teg, i'm not worried about mounting points but i need it to be at the most 12.5 inches wide and have a dual core design, or if you've got something that could mount in between the radiator support

A few off sized radiators

A custom built radiator would cost around $500

Any pictures available of the 94+ integra model? I've got a 91 and would like to use a PWR later this spring when the new engine goes in. Wondering what the differences are?

I'm really interested in seeing the pictures some of the Air to Air intercoolers when the inlet and outlet on oposing sides of the core. ie. b-series fmic.
What I'm wondering, is if the intercoolers are coming with custom made endtanks from you, or if they are coming straight from PWR with their nice, smooth endtanks that are in the middle of the core. Like this 1

Hey Earl...
Ok so let me get it straight...Im boosting my GSR TEG and theres very little room to play with...I can use the PWR Radiator for the Civic and it will bolt up Fine and Run no prolbems correct....It would be the same size as the INtegra one would be except its not as long. just fatter right?

The PWR Civic radiator has the same mounting brackets and overall sizing as the stock Civic except that it is a dual core and is aluminum. If a stock Civic would work for your application, the PWR will also. You may need to make a simple mounting bracket to install the civic properly..not sure.

I sell the PWR intercoolers with custom made end tanks but will also start to sell the units with premade tanks. Both will be available.

I got a couple of questions for ya earl: If I were to get a 6x10 air/water ic, should I run some kind of bypass to go straight from the holding tank to the ic back to the tank or should I keep the water flowing through the heat exchanger while I'm at the track? Also, how big of a heat exchanger should I get and do I need a fan?

thanks,

Chris

I have a question that's probably been asked before but i just can't find it right now...

If i'm running low boost (<10psi) and I don't have anything fancy in the engine bay, how does the barrel intercooler hold up? Someone told me I'd be better with a front mount because theyll overheat in the summertime. Will the heat exchanger eliminate this problem?

Thanks

If you do not have a set up for max power, it is much simpler to run an air to air. If you are trying to hide the fact that you have a turbo, the water to air is great. It will not overheat in the summer time anymore than an air to air would.

Check out the huge price decreases on PWR intercoolers with cast end tanks, save $100 or more on the intercoolers with mirror POLISHED end tanks.
