Looking forward to knowing if it will fit a 2.5" collector flange... or do I need to go to a 3" collector flange (exhaust side) to make this work since it is a 2.65" collector outlet? I have an RSX donut on my existing 2.5" collector and it barely fits in my exhaust... but I honestly do not know what size the RSX donut is in comparison to the one you are offering with this header. I want to buy, but need to know. Maybe you could provide the dimensions of the donut for us so we can measure our own setups (inner diameter, wall thickness, outer diameter, and height plz). thanks!

THE ID IS 2.65 inches


THE OD IS 2.75


THE DONUT GASKET IS 3.4 inches



THE FLANGE HOLES ARE 4.1 inches FAR APART FROM THE CENTER OF EACH HOLE

what kind of trimming will need to be done with EG hatches with B18c motors in them. Current setup has a/c and power steering.

When you say change the flange, do you mean on the header or the test pipe and what part would you use to do so? (I'm in the middle of trying to find out how to do this - prior to ordering).

One other question if I may. Is this header aimed towards the built B motors over say a stock C5? Looks like some fairly large tubes and I noticed the larger collector pipe being more than 2.5". Just curious, thanks.
