okay well I have been thinking about some stuff since I asked previous question. Would it be as beneficial for the gas porting on a NA motor as opposed to a FI setup.

And would probably rather end up going with a 89mm bore instead.

What part takes so long for the build time, is it a certian aspect or just a combination of things.

Brad from RLZ said gas strutted pistons will last about 5,000 (the engine that is) before it needs a rebuild.

Does Brad understand that gas ports only affect the upper ring. No need for a rebuild.

I don't know. You say gas ports, he says gas strutted so they might be different. He worked for Rousch so he should know what he is talking about...

Arrow points to the lateral gas port. They do not fill with carbon quickly like a vertical gas port does
