On one of the test cars , the header bolted straight up, and he had a EBAY no name header (some 4-1 with a 2.5in collector) He had a factory style and length Test pipe. IIRC he was running the OMNI test pipe so its 2.5in on one side and 2.25 on the other.
No modifcation was necessary on his car it bolted right up no problems and i didnt even have to adjust the test pipe length.
I guess what i mean is, you can run this header with a 2.5in cat and itll bolt to your factory length exhaust.
The Tri-Ys you have to cut an hack stuff up because it is so much longer

I have a dyno chart of a Tri-y versus a RMF Replica on a b16 an it was 7-10 whp better everywhere

ground clearance is great , def better than the hytech replica. But the b16s tend to have bad clearance no matter what just FYI

I think I saw a pick of those two headers side by side before. Only I th
ink the RMF replica was hidden by a smiley face and the TriY beat it bad. Maybe I am wrong. How would this header fair against a Hytech small tube replica?
