y sand b4 buffing?

sry for my noob question, but i want to know y u sand b4 buffing? once u sand the gloss disappear? right?

You sand to remove dirt nibs, orange peel, or to make the surface flat (like on a show car). It does make the surface dull, but buffing brings the gloss back.

i hate u. u dont let anyone else answer any questions. im glad that some people are gving some good info on honda-tech. i have yet to see u give some wrong or bad information
