single stage?

Default single stage?

does anybody on here shoot single stage with hvlp. it would come out real textured but it shoots base exalentand saves alot just wondering

wait dont waste my time on single stage or shooting it with an hv. cause i dont have a chose thats what we use at work

ehh.. i wouldn't waste your time with single stage. take it to maaco if you want a single stage job. if you are doing it yourself spend a few bucks extra and get base/clear.

no no im not painting my car yet but i work at a production style shop like maaco and we use single stage. just wondering if anyody used an hv gun with single stage

yes you can use an HVLP gun, but I just don't bother spray single stage paint unless if I'm painting a boat

spray it with HVLP if you decide to go with single stage.

i'm wondering though, are you settling for single stage because it's free where you work or something? you know you could always buy paint on your own and just bring it in and spray it.. and it's not like single stage is any easier than spraying bc/cc. just a heads up, that's all.

You can spray with an HVLP, and yes it will not use as much paint versus using an conventional....but, you'll have better results with a conventional; don't forget this stuff is just like spraying clear.

i spray single stage cause thats what we use at work. this isnt for my car i just wondered why it was textured when i use the hvlp. but when i spray mines itll be base clear fo sho
