I just recently picked up a 93 civic, and the side molding was bondo over. Now in some spots the bondo has cracked. Is there an easy way that i can remove all the bondo so i can get the trim back. I dont know what it looks like underneath, but i want to be able to have side molding again.

 

Also, where can i find the side moldings??

i dont think theres any problem with taking something to wedge in between and break the bondo off (screwdriver/crowbar/chisel)... and clean up the rest of the bondo with a sander. bondo used to fill in the molding is really a cheap way to shave the moldings

 

yea you should see this thing. Its clean except the paint and the moldings
