I have a tiny spot of rust on my passanger side quarter panel. im not about to take the car to get repainted cuz i dont have that kind of money right now
.
Any suggestions

 

remove the rust and use some touch up paint

 

Cut all the rust out, put something behind the rust like screen or preferably another piece of stainless steel or aluminum. and fill it in with bondo. Probly won't last forever without doing it the right way, but it will be a easy fix till you wana spend th emoney to do it right. as far as painting goes, their's not logical way to go cheap on that and make it look good.
