Should I fix or replace my subframe?
I don't really know what I am looking at. Looks like you took off all the undercoating on the right side and maybe it was sectioned before. If it has a good wheel alignment, I would not even go through all that trouble. Just make sure that it is welded on right and put some rustproofing on it.

the right side was damage and the previous owner welded a ek bracket to it. Im just going to fing me a eg bracket and weld it in

Why would they put an ek bracket on there LOL. Go through all that trouble. I would not put a whole new subframe on there I would just put that section on. Doing the whole thing will just be asking for problems. If the left side is fine and in spec then I would just put that one corner on. You should be able to find a frame chart for an eg on HT somewhere I think.

yeah the guy I bought the car had no clue about civics
but
for doing a haf-*** job. Im going to the junkyard and cut me out the replacement section sometime next week

I had a customer with a simmilier issue on a 92 Civic Hatch, I found the part at the dealer for only $120. You might want to look into that, it saved me quite a bit of work and time
