You may still be able to buy that part from Honda, looks like it may be discontinued though (parts 1 & 5 in the diagram) http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=OUTER+PANEL
Honestly though that car is a lot rustier than you think it is. I have one that looks like that, floor looked mint, it wasn't, it's got about a one foot hole through it right now. Also inner fenders in the back behind the quarters were basically non existent.
