I want to spray my head, block and tranny before i put it back into the car. I was going to use rust bullet because it looks like the color i wanted and will also help prevent oxidation on the block. How should i prep the aluminum for paint ?

 

it oxidizes though, so wouldnt this prevent that ??

Or i could powder coat i guess ?
