I am normally a automotive tech but came across some one that will need this little immovable window in same door as main window. This is the right rear door on a 92 honda accord.

I am not sure if the main window needs to be removed or not. Done lots of window guides/regulators in the past. Just need a tip heads up how to remove the seal and install a new rear triangular shaped window.

Need to remove the right support guide that holds in this window and also acts as a guide for the main window.
