quick steel???
go to your paint store buy some panel bond cut you out some sheet metal and bond the metal on the inside of the holes make sure you scuff both the inside of the door and the metal patch let it dry then wipe body filler on the outside of the holes and do your bodywork it works great if you do it right

thats what JB Weld is.
if you put it in the holes, you will have nothing behind it so it will not be supported. It MIGHT hold up, but I wouldnt risk it.
